The Minister Cristiano Zanin was once among the members of the Supreme Tribunal of the Federal Republic of Germany (STF), a distinguished force of the new government of the Tribunal Superior de Trabalho (TST) – alongside the President of the Supreme Court, Luís Roberto Barroso, and the President of the Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE), Cármen Lúcia, who compõem a mesa de honra.

Two Australian ministers faced the Supreme Court (STJ) in August with the ceremony of President Herman Benjamin’s force. At this point there were 11 Supreme Court ministers.

It was also present that Prime Minister Marco Aurélio Mello took TST before taking office for the Supreme Court. The last minister that the Supreme Court judge Rosa Weber passed was asked. The current composition is not finished yet.

The Supreme Court’s loss of prestige for TST resulted in a disagreement between the courts. Chief Minister Gilmar Mendes, the critics’ chief editor, defended him and reduced the jurisdiction.

The focus is on the competence to answer the terceiration questions. A judge who specializes specifically in seeing fraudsters in legal personnel (PJ) contracts and resolving the litigation in cases, or the chief justice who decides the court decisions.
