Work Truck Solutions introduced “significant” updates to its 2-Minute Prospecting, Resource Rack and Vehicle Detail Printing features.

The company, which provides tools for commercial vehicle businesses, said the improvements could enable a dealership to streamline workflows, increase engagement with commercial customers and optimize the sales process.

The company said a seamless integration between 2-Minute Prospecting and Work Truck Solutions’ Resource Rack could enable sales reps to insert vehicle upgrade resources directly into prospecting emails and know when buyers open them.

According to Work Truck Solutions, this feature can make dealership workflows more efficient, provide buyers with the important information they need to make their purchasing decisions, and improve the dealership sales experience.

Meanwhile, Work Truck Solutions noted that the latest version of Resource Rack offers dealers the ability to leverage a comprehensive library of upfit resources, streamline the prospecting process and improve communication with potential buyers. Key features include:

— Improved asset sharing: Key vehicle feature information can be shared with buyers via links in a dealer-designed format that puts the dealer’s brand front and center. Shareable links can provide product brochures without the need for cumbersome email attachments and keep seller contact information visible.

– Buyer Activity Tracking: The new Tracking Links feature provides the ability to track buyer interaction with the shared brochure and provides seller metrics and notifications to support the sales process.

Additionally, Work Truck Solutions said the enhanced printing capabilities can further assist dealers’ marketing and sales efforts. Recent improvements include:

— Vehicle Details Flyer: A new full-page, printable and emailable PDF flyer allows dealers to highlight vehicle details, including equipment information, pricing and contact information. The flyer can also include a QR code that links to a vehicle listing page on the dealer’s website.

—Upfit Window Decals: Dealers can now print an Upfit window decal that highlights key Upfit features and includes a QR code that leads to online vehicle details. Available in full-page or half-page layouts, these are ideal for showcasing Upfits and driving traffic to dealers’ websites.
