    Wendy’s announces a new Krabby Patty collab for the Spongebob anniversary

    Nobody tells Plankton – Wendy’s has the secret formula. In collaboration with Paramount and Nickelodeon, the fast food chain announced the release of a “Krabby Patty Kollab” on October 2nd to celebrate the 25th anniversary of “SpongeBob SquarePants.”

    “’The Krabby Patty Kollab’ marks another innovative way to continue the groundbreaking 25th anniversary celebration of ‘SpongeBob SquarePants’ and bring Bikini Bottom to the surface like never before,” said Dario Spina, CMO, Paramount Brand Studio.

    This limited time offer includes two new menu items:

    • Pineapple under the frosty sea: Wendy’s iconic vanilla frosty with a touch of pineapple mango puree
    • Krabby Patty Collab Burger: Wendy’s version of Mr. Krabs’ famous burger is made with a quarter pound of beef, two slices of American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion and of course “a top secret Krabby Kolab sauce.”

    How to get the Wendy’s Krabby Patty Collab

    Wendy’s new Spongebob Burger and Frosty will be available in restaurants and on the app in the US, Canada and Guam starting Tuesday, October 8th. The price of the new menu items has not yet been announced.

    If you want to finally get your hands on a Krabby Patty, you’ll have to hurry because this offer is only available for a limited time underwater.
