This year the athletes impressed with their Halloween costumes and some fans also took part in the event.

San Antonio Spurs big man Victor Wembanyama may have won with his portrayal of No Face (Kaonashi) from the iconic 2001 anime film Magically gone.

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes dressed up as a zookeeper while his children dressed up as various animals:

Utah Jazz center Walker Kessler brought Woody with him Toy story back to life.

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Xavier Legette did the same thing during his team’s annual rookie visit to a children’s hospital.

New York Jets linebacker Quincy Williams dressed as the Joker before his team’s home game against the Houston Texans.

Denver Nuggets guard Russell Westbrook is also dressed as the Joker.

Jets punter Thomas Morstead appeared as his head coach Jeff Ulbrich, who was a linebacker for the San Francisco 49ers in the 2000s.

He wasn’t the only player to impersonate his coach, as Los Angeles kicker Cameron Dicker did his best Jim Harbaugh impression.

Utah Jazz guard Collin Sexton came to his game wearing a Beetlejuice mask.

Ashtyn Davis and Chazz Surratt appeared as Mario and Luigi at the Jets-Texans match.

Other Jets in costume included safety Tony Adams, who appeared as comedian Katt Williams.

The NBA prevailed here as Indiana Pacers forward Pascal Siakam shined as André 3000 from Outkast.

In the NHL, New York Rangers enforcer Matt Rempe and backup goaltender Jonathan Quick dressed up as Buddy The Elf and Papa Elf.

A young Carolina Hurricanes fan honored Seth Jarvis with his look while watching his team’s home game against the Boston Bruins.

And the same went for fans dressing up as Auston Matthews and Adam Fantilli cards.

Overall, sports stars and fans impressed, as always, with their great costumes.
