Tuesday forecast: Seasonal temperatures

LINCOLN, Nebraska (KOLN) – A disturbance will move through Nebraska Tuesday, producing some isolated showers and possibly a thunderstorm this afternoon, primarily in eastern Nebraska.

After another mix of sun and clouds to start the day, we should see partly cloudy skies in the afternoon. Highs will rise to above 25 degrees and around 27 degrees.

From Tuesday night to Wednesday morning it will be mostly clear and cooler, with minimum temperatures mostly around 4 degrees.

On Wednesday, plenty of sunshine is expected and it will be a little warmer with maximum temperatures between 21 and 25 degrees.

The 7-day forecast shows very little variation in our highs, with temperatures predicted to range between 25 and 27 degrees, close to the late September average. A slight chance of rain is still forecast for the coming weekend.
