ABC has the official High potential Trailer for the latest crime comedy starring It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia star Kaitlin Olson. The series is based on the popular French series Haut Potentiel Intellectuel (HPI) and is set to premiere on Tuesday, September 17.

What happens in the High Potential trailer?

The trailer introduces Olson as a night cleaner at a police station who discovers her unique talent for solving crimes, which leads her to become a special consultant on cases where she helps investigators see things they might have otherwise missed.

“The series follows a single mother with an extraordinary mind whose unconventional talent for solving crimes leads to an unusual and unstoppable partnership with a seasoned detective who works strictly by the book,” the show’s official logline states.

High Potential also stars Daniel Sunjata as Karadec, Javicia Leslie as Daphne, Deniz Akdeniz as Lev “Oz” Özdil, Amirah J as Ava, Matthew Lamb as Elliot and Judy Reyes as Selena. Executive producers are Rob Thomas, screenwriter Drew Goddard, Sarah Esberg, Dan Etheridge, Pierre Laugier, Anthony Lancret, Jean Nainchrik and Alethea Jones, with Olson serving as a producer. The series is an ABC Signature production.
