Announced today, the experience will launch this October near Pike Place Market. DSA PR Director James Sido said of the live experience:

“The TOMB RAIDER Experience Seattle will be a great addition to the area and adds to the list of unique, fun and interesting things that can only be experienced in downtown Seattle.”

A description of Tomb Raider Experience Seattle: Escape from the Temple of Fire reads:

Daring adventurers help Lara Croft protect a powerful artifact in an ancient volcanic temple while she is hunted by the sinister Natla Technologies. But participants in this 90+ minute experience will have to contend with something even more terrifying than evil scientists – the fiery Cherufe. The Cherufe is a legendary creature from the folklore of the indigenous Mapuche people of Chile that lives in the magma pools of volcanoes and causes eruptions… unless appeased by a sacrifice.

Hourglass Attractions is proud to partner with Crystal Dynamics to bring the iconic TOMB RAIDER franchise from video game consoles to Seattle’s waterfront. With the new waterfront redevelopment project well underway and scheduled for completion in early 2025, this new TOMB RAIDER experience will be one of many exciting destinations that visitors and locals alike can enjoy on the new pedestrian-friendly “front porch of our city.”
