The Philadelphia Phillies will look to bounce back on Sunday after losing Game 1 of the National League Division Series to the New York Mets, blowing an eighth-inning lead in the 6-2 loss.

New York is on top after its recent comeback win in the best-of-five series, another impressive rally in a magical week that saw the Mets play six games in five days to clinch a playoff spot secure and advance to the NLDS.

After being held scoreless by Phillies ace Zack Wheeler for seven innings in Game 1, the Mets jumped on the Philadelphia bullpen with a five-run win in front of a shocked, sellout crowd at Citizens Bank Park.

Left-hander Cristopher Sanchez (11-0, 3.32 ERA) takes the mound for the Phillies in Game 2, while Luis Severino (11-7, 3.91 ERA) starts for the Mets. Severino picked up the win in Game 1 of the Wild Card Series, limiting the Brewers to three earned runs in six innings.

Third baseman Edmundo Sosa’s throwing error gave Jose Iglesias an extra base with an infield single to lead off in the top of the second, but Cristopher Sanchez got JD Martinez to jump to second with Starling Marte in the third Bringing center and putting Francisco Alvarez on the ground first end the frame.

The Mets are already 0-5 with runners in scoring position.

Phillies starter Cristopher Sanchez avoided Mark Vientos’ one-run double early in the first, getting Brandon Nimmo and Pete Alonso to fly to center to end the threat
