TikTok star Taylor Rousseau Grigg has died, her husband Cameron Grigg announced. She was 25.

“No one ever expects to have to deal with this kind of pain and heartbreak, especially at our age,” he wrote on Instagram alongside a carousel of photos of them together over the years.

“Over the past year, Taylor has endured more pain and suffering than most people endure in a lifetime. And yet she was still such a light and always brought joy to everyone around her.”

Cameron said his late wife was “the bravest and strongest woman” he knew and “her trust in the Lord outweighed all other circumstances she faced, even in her darkest hours.”

He then revealed that Taylor’s “earthly body” is “still here and controlled by machines” so that her organs can be donated to other people in need.

“More than anything, Taylor wants to know that she continues to save lives even after she is gone from this world,” he wrote.

“And even though her earthly body has failed her, her memory and her life will carry on forever.”

Cameron, who tied the knot with Taylor in August 2023, said that due to her “sudden and unexpected” death, they did not have the financial resources to cover her funeral costs.

“Taylor has been in and out of the hospital since we got married, which has affected our financial situation, so we don’t have insurance,” he added, before sharing a GoFundMe link set up by her boyfriend.

Cameron did not provide any information about the cause of his wife’s death.

Taylor had more than one million followers on TikTok, where she often documented her life with her husband, dog, and friends.

Last month, Cameron and Taylor celebrated their first wedding anniversary together.

“We wish each other a happy year. I love you Cameron!! 💛,” she captioned an Instagram reel of moments from her wedding.
