To be clear, Apple is expected to continue announcing four models: the iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max. But after years of maintaining the famous “walled garden,” Apple is forced to fragment the experience in the face of a new European Union law. This means users across the Atlantic will likely have a less limited experience than those in North America.
