GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) – Spectrum released a statement Friday afternoon as thousands of customers remain without internet two weeks after Hurricane Helene.

The company said repairs were being made to more than 300 miles of network. They have reportedly restored service to about 80 percent of the 395,000 customers who were offline due to the hurricane.

A full restoration to all accessible locations is expected by October 16, the company said, but more customers will see internet restoration every day.
