Detroit, which is in a rebuilding phase, hosts the Celtics, who pick up right where they left off with two stunning victories.

The Celtics have averaged 127 points in the middle of a short two-game road trip thanks to a 48.6 percent shooting percentage and a 43.4 percent shooting percentage from distance.

Former 2021 first-round pick Cade Cunningham leads the Pistons in points (30.5), assists (7.1) and field goal percentage (51.1).

The Pistons are off to an 0-2 start after losses to division opponents Pacers (115-109) and Cavaliers (113-101).
