The 8 best sale items at Sam’s Club right now

There’s a lot to consider when making a shopping list for your next trip to Sam’s Club. Maybe you want to pick up a few tubs of yogurt for a quick snack in your lunchbox or a coffee to start your morning off right. Either way, you’ve got good news this month because Sam’s Club’s Instant Savings Book is here to help.

From August 28 to September 22, you can snag plenty of fall staples at great prices, from healthy snacks to delicious drinks. Make every morning a little tastier with $1.50 off packs of Godshall turkey bacon, or celebrate the end of grilling season with $2 off Amylu chicken burgers. There are even great deals on frozen staples, super-handy home appliances, and practical kitchen storage. We’ve rounded up eight of our favorite deals to keep an eye out for, so get your pen ready—writing grocery lists just got a whole lot easier.

Tyson white meat chicken nuggets

When the school year really kicks into gear and your days get busier, it’s super convenient to have some frozen nuggets on hand. Treat yourself to a full-on comfort meal with our air fryer sweet potato fries or Five Guys’ oven-baked Cajun fries, or mix the nuggets with some greens for a chicken nugget salad. Either way, dinner will be on the table in minutes. Grab a 5-pound bag on your next visit to Sam’s Club and save $2 while the sale lasts.

Babybel cheese

Whether you need a little extra protein as a snack, a tasty side dish for your packed lunch, or something pre-portioned to throw in your bag before you head out the door, these little cheeses have you covered. Eat them on their own or pair them with fruits and veggies for a light lunch, like our Clean-Eating Bento Box Lunch. Get a bag of 26 mini Babybel cheeses for $3 off regular price—you even have your choice of 26 original cheeses and a mixed pack of spicy original cheese, Monterey Jack, and white cheddar.

Starbucks K-Cups and Nespresso capsules

Some deals this fall are exclusively available online, including the Starbucks-branded Nespresso capsules deal. Boxes of 60 capsules—suitable only for machines in the original Nespresso line, not Vertuo machines—are discounted by $7. Each mixed pack includes 20 classic espresso capsules, 20 blonde espresso capsules, 10 Pike Place Roast capsules, and 10 single-origin Colombian coffee capsules. And if you’re looking for a little coffee inspiration, you can use one of these espresso capsules to make a delicious Pumpkin Spice Latte to welcome the fall season.

However, if you prefer to shop in-store, you can still find a deal on Starbucks K-Cups for your trusty Keurig machine. Each box of 72 cups is discounted by $8, with boxes of Pike Place Roast, Single-Origin Sumatra, French Roast, Veranda Blend Blonde Roast, and Decaf Medium Roast available. While it’s definitely possible to overdo it on the coffee, studies have shown that a cup of java can have positive effects on your overall health, so drink up!

Blue Diamond Almonds

It’s never a bad idea to have some almonds on hand. Whether you add them to a snack mix, salad, cereal, or just pop them in your mouth, almonds are a great source of important nutrients. Starting this month, you can save $3.25 on 40-ounce bags of whole almonds, whether you choose lightly salted, smoked, ranch-seasoned, or plain nuts. Go for the plain variety, and you can even flavor them yourself, like we do with our All-Purpose Almonds, or add them to a delicious recipe like our five-star Almond Joy Energy Balls.

Chobani Flips and sugar-free yogurt cups

If you’re trying to incorporate more gut-healthy foods into your diet, Greek yogurt is a great place to start. Thick, creamy Greek yogurt contains probiotics that can support your digestive system, and it even offers a filling serving of protein. During August and September, you can save $2 on 16-packs of Chobani Flips and Chobani’s Sugar-Free Cups. Each flip contains a flavored yogurt *and* delicious toppings to mix in, and the 16-pack of assorted varieties includes flavors like S’mores, Cookies and Cream, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Fall Pumpkin Harvest Crisp. The Sugar-Free pack includes Strawberry Cheesecake, Milk and Cookies, Vanilla, and Mixed Berry flavors.

Member’s Mark 8-Piece Fliplock Pantry Storage Set

This set would be a solid duplicate of OXO’s POP containers. Since each set includes eight different containers, you’re guaranteed to find a size that’s suitable for storing practically anything. Now marked down to $25, these containers seal with just the push of a hand. Plus, they feature a handle on the lid for easy carrying. Use them to keep bugs away from pantry staples like flour, nuts, oats, or rice, or set them on the countertop and fill them with snacks like pretzels or your favorite homemade trail mix.

Ninja Devices

If you’re in the market for an air fryer, toaster or blender, these Ninja deals might convince you. For anyone in the market for a blender, Sam’s Club is offering $20 off the Ninja Blender Duo iQ, which allows for blending in both its own cup and pitcher, depending on the recipe. Our trusty Test Kitchen has given Ninja blenders positive reviews in both large and small sizes, so we’re optimistic that this blender duo can get the job done. (We recommend trying it with something really tasty like our Sheet Pan Tomato Soup or Mango Raspberry Smoothie.)

And for anyone looking for an air fryer, there are even better deals. Sam’s Club is offering $30 off the Ninja Foodi 9-in-1 Digital Air Fry Oven and $40 off the Ninja DualZone Air Fryer. The folks at the EatingWell test kitchen have also given Ninja’s toaster oven-style air fryers and standard basket air fryers positive reviews, so you know the brand is trustworthy. Plus, folks who love working in the kitchen might be excited to try out the nifty dehydrator feature that comes with Ninja’s oven fryer. No matter which air fryer you choose, be sure to christen it with one of our favorite air fryer recipes. You can put your new appliance to use and make everything from restaurant imitations to healthy, packable snacks.

Member’s Mark carbonated mineral water and sparkling water

If you love a good dose of fizz to help you stay fresh throughout the day, keep an eye out for these new additions to the Sam’s Club lineup. The retailer has launched Member’s Mark carbonated sparkling water, which comes in packs of 24 glass bottles for $17.98, as well as Member’s Mark flavored sparkling water, which comes in 24 packs of 17-ounce bottles for $10.68. While the classic sparkling water is unflavored, the sparkling water packs include eight bottles each of watermelon-lime, blackberry, and strawberry lemonade flavors. Whether you use these to fill your home fridge, picnic cooler, or break room, you know you’ll stay hydrated with a little something extra.
