Braxton criticized Jeremy during a livestream for pulling receipts for an unauthorized charge on her card. The singer claimed she was relaxing and enjoying TV time when an electronic notification showed a charge from the Four Seasons in New Orleans. She showed a screenshot of the notification. It was dated August 30 at 4:07 p.m. and was for an amount of $1,151.26.

Braxton claimed JR was rude to her when she called him out about the charges. She mimicked his alleged tone and reaction on her stream and said it surprised her. “We’re cool. No, we’re not dating; that’s very clear, you know, but we have an understanding of our friendship.” she added.

She says a hotel employee later informed her team that the reservation made using her card was in the name of “Mr. Jeremy Robinson and his guest Ms. Jay.”

“Now I don’t know what to do with it. Because when I asked him about it, you got mean to me and told me to take your medication,” Tamar said live.

On Wednesday (September 4), Jeremy said in a video statement that he was tired of being “attacked” because of one person’s “delusions” and uncontrollable fear.

His words were a response to Tamar’s accusations that he tricked her and used her card on another woman. In addition to her livestream, Tamar Braxton shared a screenshot of the Instagram feed of a Houston woman named Jailyn H. (@whohatesjay).

“Paid for a 25 year old right under my nose!!!!! Shake my head my jewelry took me to Turks and there was a TOTAL BITCH there the whole time I hate you @jeremyrobinson,” she wrote.

In response, Jeremy called her accusations a lie on Wednesday. He also hinted that he has evidence of past situations with Tamar. As mentioned, he claimed to have been single for the past six months and was on his way to reestablishing his friendship with Tamar. He said that he has clearly defined his boundaries of being emotionally and physically unavailable to her.

JR confirmed that he had invited Tamar to his birthday and that he had taken her extravagant birthday gift as a gesture of friendship. He explained that the last three digits on their cards were the same and he had not noticed the mix-up when booking his room.
