Sunday Guide, Week 8: Non-Giants games, times, channels and more

Your New York Giants won’t play on Sunday. However, there are a whole range of games that you can watch and bet on if you wish. Here’s a look at Sunday’s slate, including the games available in your viewing area.

1 p.m

Philadelphia Eagles (4-2). Cincinnati Bengals (3-4)
TV: CBS | Announcer: Ian Eagle, Charles Davis, Evan Washburn (field reporters)

Maybe an Eagles win will help the Giants in terms of draft position, but you can’t help Philly. This is a violation of your fan card.

Baltimore Ravens (5-2). Cleveland Browns (1-6)
TV: CBS | Announcer: Tom McCarthy, Jay Feely, Ross Tucker, Amanda Balionis (field reporter)

Things could be worse, Giants fans. You might be a Browns fan.

Tennessee Titans (1-5). Detroit Lions (5-1)
TV: FOX | Announcer: Kevin Kugler, Daryl Johnston, Laura Okmin (field reporter)

I hope you don’t get stuck with this game wherever you live.

Indianapolis Colts (4-3). Houston Texans (5-2)
TV: CBS | Announcer: Andrew Catalon, Tiki Barber, AJ Ross (field reporters)

The Texans did the right thing by drafting a young quarterback. The Colts? I’m not sure yet, but probably not.

Green Bay Packers (5-2). Jacksonville Jaguars (2-5)
TV: FOX | Announcer: Kenny Albert, Jonathan Vilma, Megan Olivi (field reporter)

Why did Xavier McKinney never play as well for the Giants as he did for the Packers?

Arizona Cardinals (3-4). Miami Dolphins (2-4)
TV: FOX | Announcer: Jason Benetti, Mark Schlereth, Jen Hale (field reporters)

I will cringe every time Tua Tagovailoa gets hit for the rest of his career.

New York Jets (2-5). New England Patriots (1-6)
TV: CBS | Announcer: Spero Dedes, Adam Archuleta, Aditi Kinkhabwala (field reporters)

Part of me really wants to see Drake Maye light up the Jets. There’s another part of me that would just be sad if that happened.

Atlanta Falcons (4-3). Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-3)
TV: FOX | Announcer: Adam Amin, Greg Olsen, Pam Oliver (field reporters)

If only the Giants could consistently achieve this level of mediocrity.

4:05 p.m

New Orleans Saints (2-5). Los Angeles Chargers (3-3)
TV: FOX | Announcer: Chris Myers, Mark Sanchez, Kristina Pink (field reporter)

And you thought it would be easy for Jim Harbaugh to fix the Chargers.

Buffalo Bills (5-2). Seattle Seahawks (4-3)
TV: FOX | Announcer: Kevin Burkhardt, Tom Brady, Erin Andrews (field reporter), Tom Rinaldi (field reporter)

If the Bills can’t put at least 29 points on the Seahawks and win in Seattle, does that mean the Giants are better than the Bills?

4:25 p.m

Carolina Panthers (1-6). Denver Broncos (4-3)
TV: CBS | Announcer: Chris Lewis, Jason McCourty, Amanda Guerra (field reporter)

The return of Bryce Young to the Carolina lineup. Let’s see how that works.

Kansas City Chiefs (6-0). Las Vegas Raiders (2-5)
TV: CBS | Announcer: Kevin Harlan, Trent Green, Melanie Collins (field reporter)

The Chiefs are 6-0 and most analysts don’t even think they played well. Must be beautiful.

Chicago Bears (4-2). Washington commanders (5-2)
TV: CBS | Announcer: Jim Nantz, Tony Romo, Tracy Wolfson (field reporter)

Jayden Daniels will play for Washington. So, we get the match between Daniels and Caleb Williams.

8:20 p.m

Dallas Cowboys (3-3). San Francisco 49ers (3-4)
TV: NBC | Announcers: Mike Tirico, Cris Collinsworth, Melissa Stark (field reporter)
National Radio: Westwood One – Ryan Radtke, Mike Golic

Who would have thought that these teams would have a combined losing record in Week 8? What kind of madness will Jerry Jones spew if Dallas loses?
