Senate and mayoral races in Nevada are experiencing significant delays in results

Several crucial races in Nevada remain undecided as election officials in Clark County are expected to release an update on Wednesday.

One of the most closely watched contests is the Senate race between Sam Brown and Jacky Rosen.

The race is described as extremely close, with Brown currently ahead of Rosen.

“This is not about Sam Brown’s campaign. It’s about you,” Brown said. “Our country will not be destroyed by people more loyal to DC than to us.”

Rosen expressed his determination, saying, “Together we have reached Nevadans in every corner of our state. We won’t let up now. Not now. We will win this race.”

At the local level, there is also the race for mayor in Las Vegas between Victoria Seaman and Shelly Berkley. Berkley leads Seaman by about 12,000 votes.

“I’m excited. I was pleased with the great support I received from the community and you can tell from this party that it was chaotic in a good way. “I’m just feeling really good today and I can’t wait to get back into government,” Berkley said.

Berkley added that her priorities include public safety, affordable housing, supporting small businesses and increasing resources for the homeless.

Election officials are expected to announce later this afternoon when additional results will be released.
