Sean “Diddy” Combs’ attorney accused federal agents and prosecutors of disclosure Surveillance footage in a court filing on Wednesday.

While the source of the material leak remains unclear, Combs’ attorneys in a court filing Wednesday blamed the Department of Homeland Security for the leak when they raided his homes in March.
“The videotape was leaked to CNN for one reason only: to fatally damage Sean Combs’ reputation and the prospect of successfully defending himself against these allegations,” attorneys Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos wrote.
