Manchester City midfielder Rodri won the men’s Ballon d’Or and Barcelona playmaker Aitana Bonmati picked up the women’s award as a “disrespectful” Real Madrid boycotted the prestigious ceremony in Paris despite was named Men’s Club of the Year.
