In videos with yet-to-be-identified victims, Aejaz is alleged to have sexually assaulted women lying unconscious in hospital beds, McDonald said. Two young women who were filmed naked while changing into their swimsuits at Goldfish Swim School in Rochester have also filed a civil lawsuit against Aejaz. The lawsuits allege that the hospitals gave Aejaz unrestricted and unsupervised access to patients, allowing him to sexually assault and record thousands of people.
