Tre’Davious White is on the move again.

According to multiple reports, the Los Angeles Rams completed a deal to send the cornerback to the Baltimore Ravens on Tuesday afternoon just before the trade deadline. The two teams will also swap future seventh-round draft picks as part of the deal.

White signed a one-year, $4.25 million contract with the Rams last offseason. He spent his first seven seasons in the league with the Buffalo Bills, who selected him No. 27 overall out of LSU in 2017.

White has recorded 12 total tackles in just four games for the Rams this fall. However, he also hasn’t appeared in double-digit games since the 2021 season. Last October, he tore his right Achilles tendon, sidelining him for most of the 2023 season.

White hasn’t played for the Rams since Week 4 and is considered a healthy player after the team gave him permission to pursue a trade. Rams coach Sean McVay also called it a “less than ideal situation for him” in Los Angeles last month.

Now White gets to join the Ravens, who have a 6-3 record and have won six of their last seven games while dominating the AFC, thanks in large part to the resurgence of running back Derrick Henry, who has been in the Signed with the team in the past offseason.

They are currently just half a game behind the Pittsburgh Steelers in the AFC North standings. The Ravens will next host the Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday night.

Once White settles in, he’s sure to make an immediate impact on their defense and help them on their way to a third straight playoff appearance.
