Now that the finalists have been announced, the drum roll for the awarding of the gold, silver and bronze medals in the 2024 McKnight’s Tech Awards competition begins on October 3.

Registration for the McKnight’s Tech Awards + Summit online ceremony and the four thought leadership webinars on the day has opened here.

Participants will have the opportunity to earn CE points and find out who comes out on top in the vendor and market rankings at the 14th annual competition, the oldest of its kind in the industry. Registration and participation are free.

The names of the finalists in all 16 categories were announced late Wednesday by the program organizers.

The competition offered expanded opportunities this year, and vendors and their marketplace partners responded in record numbers. Six finalists were selected in most categories, while some have more and some have fewer finalists due to the limited number of qualified submissions.

“We are delighted to honor these deserving finalists,” said McKnights Editor-in-chief John O’Connor. “They show innovative ways in which technology can be used to improve care and processes in this area.”

Entries were submitted in each category by healthcare professionals, senior living and home care providers, and their respective market partners. Providers and companies of all sizes, from both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, applied and are now on the list of finalists.

The submissions were judged by a distinguished, independent panel of 21 long-term care stakeholders.
