Reba McEntire juggles ‘The Voice’ and new comedy ‘Happy’s Place’

(NBC) – Monday and Tuesday are the final two nights of blind auditions on “The Voice.”

This week also marks the start of double duty for Reba McEntire, one of the show’s trainers.

McEntire is busy these days courting “The Voice” and holding down the fort on her new comedy “Happy’s Place” starting Friday.

“You have no idea how scared we are, how excited we are,” McEntire said.

McEntire and her cast mates celebrated the NBC comedy’s upcoming premiere at a party late last week.

“We told everyone we know and those we don’t know to please tune in because this is a show with a lot of heart, a lot of comedy and great actors,” McEntire said.

“Happy’s Place” is followed by a new “Lopez vs. Lopez” season on Fridays, where wedding plans spark real father-daughter feelings.
