SUFFOLK, VA (October 21, 2024) On Monday, October 21, 2024, at approximately 6:19 a.m., Suffolk Police responded to the 300 block of Linden Avenue for reports of shots fired in the area. Officers arrived on scene and found a deceased adult male and an adult female who had been shot and critically injured. Suffolk Fire & Rescue responded and transported the injured woman to a local hospital for treatment. The incident appears to be domestic in nature and Suffolk Police are not currently searching for a suspect. There is no ongoing threat to the community.
