NYT Strands Notes and Answers for November 2nd

If you’re reading this, you’re looking for a little help playing Strands, the New York Times‘ upscale word search game.

Strands requires the player to perform a variation of the classic word search. Words can be made up of connected letters – up, down, left, right or diagonally, but words can also change direction, resulting in strange shapes and patterns. Every single letter in the grid is part of an answer. There is always a theme that connects each solution, along with the “Spangram,” a special word or phrase that summarizes the topic of the day and extends horizontally or vertically across the entire grid.

By providing an obscure clue and eliminating the word list, Strands creates a tricky game that takes a little longer to play than his other games like Wordle and Connections.

If you’re feeling stuck or just don’t have 10 or more minutes to solve today’s puzzle, we’ve got all the NYT Strands tips for today’s puzzle you need to progress at your preferred pace.
