NRFI Betting Today: The Best NRFI Tips

Today we have our NRFI picks for some spicy ALCS and NLCS matchups. I’ll split my analysis into this one and throw out an NRFI pick and a YRFI pick. Can you guess who gets which selection?

Check out all of our NRFI picks for today’s postseason baseball slate below.

YRFI Picks Today: Yankees vs. Guardians (-105)

Yankees vs. Guardians odds – game time 5:08 p.m. ET

The odds help me come to this conclusion, but after witnessing a YRFI in Game 2 of this series, I expect another run can be scored in Game 3.

New York had the advantage last time out in the first inning with Tanner Bibee making the lead a little shaky, but for the first time in the entire series I saw the Bronx Bombers look truly dangerous. The club’s attacks were clever, composed and effective. Aaron Judge finally broke through with a late home run, but the improvements began in the first inning.

Now the guards are throwing Matt Boyd on the mound, a left-hander with a shaky track record against the Yankees. Boyd gave Yanks hitters an OPS of .859, with an alarming OBP of .405 with nine runs. That tells me the Yankees see the ball very well from him, which lends itself to a YRFI.

NRFI Picks Today: Dodgers vs. Mets (-135)

Dodgers vs. Mets odds – game time 8:08 p.m. ET

Despite narrow runs of over 7.5 in Game 3, this series delivered another NRFI in this contest, with the Dodgers’ offense waiting until the middle inning to explode. After watching this game, I’m not so sure how the Mets’ offense will perform when there’s so much pressure on them. New York has struggled to get anything going and now they face Yoshinobu Yamamoto, who will have all the confidence in the world after helping LA beat the Padres in Game 5 of the NLDS.

Yamamoto pitched five shutout innings last time out, working with efficiency and grace while battling through a banged up Padres lineup. The NRFI also scored a goal in this game.

Jose Quintana gets the ball for the Mets, and he also had a solid performance. The left-hander pitched an NRFI in a big spot against the Phillies in Game 4 of the NLDS, scoring just one run in five innings. Both pitchers are dialed in and neither club is at the top of the leaderboard after Shohei Ohtani waited until the late innings to hit a home run yesterday.
