KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

As we welcome you back to the newly remodeled Caesars Superdome, carefully redesigned to make your game day experience more efficient and seamless, every Saints fan will experience the venue in a new way. From your front gate to concessions, amenities and how to get to your seats. To ensure an enjoyable experience, we encourage you to review your personal game schedule and review the following important updates so you are ready for game day. HERE IS OUR FULL LIST OF WHAT FANS NEED TO KNOW BEFORE ARRIVING ON MATCHDAY.

MOBILE TICKETING & PARKING:

The Saints have transitioned to 100% mobile ticketing and parking permits. Before entering a parking garage or the stadium, you must show your parking permit or tickets on your mobile phone SAINTS APP or SeatGeek app. Saints ticket holders looking for more information about accessing, transferring or selling their tickets can find more information and step-by-step instructions on our website MOBILE TICKETS GUIDE.

As a reminder, Champions Square is only available to ticketed guests. You will now be screened and your tickets scanned at our two Champions Square entrances (LaSalle St. by Dave Dixon Dr. or Sugar Bowl Dr.) at street level.

As soon as you enter Champions Square, you’ll be right in the middle of the action with a 360° view of the entire exterior of Caesars Superdome. As a reminder, gates to Caesars Superdome will continue to open two hours prior to kickoff and re-entry will not be permitted once you enter through the Champions Square entrances.

REMINDER OF THE CLEAR DOCUMENT GUIDELINES:

The New Orleans Saints strongly encourage fans not to bring any bags. Fans may bring bags, packages or containers of the following types and sizes into Caesars Superdome:

  • Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags no larger than 12 x 6 x 12 inches.
  • 1-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Small clutch bags, 6.5 x 4.5 inches, with or without a handle or strap, can be carried to the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.
  • An exception applies to medically necessary items after proper inspection at a designated gate.

PARKING & TRAFFIC ON MATCH DAY:

Due to increased security measures at NFL stadiums, vehicles parked in certain areas of the Caesars Superdome parking garages will now undergo security screenings at every home game. Over the course of the 2024 NFL season, ASM will conduct enhanced vehicle inspections of all vehicles passing through and parking in close proximity to the building. Only vehicles parked in close proximity to the stadium are subject to the enhanced EOD dog search. This includes guests parking in Lanes A, B or C of Caesars Superdome Garages 1, 2, 5 and 6 as well as the ADA East and West parking lots. CLICK HERE FOR MORE PARKING AND TRAFFIC INFORMATION
