Miller tells the Rural Radio Network she was speechless when she found out she had won. Her husband was buying a doughnut and asked, “Do you have enough money to pay for my doughnut?” She says the clerks at the store were very excited. Miller says she’s still trying to get used to the idea that she won a truck… “It’s kind of surreal, but it’s exciting.” Miller says the truck will be put to use… and she’s going to have a lot of fun with it!

The truck’s prize value is $81,500, which includes $976 for costs associated with ownership and state and federal withholdings of $4,075 and $19,560, respectively, paid by the Nebraska Lottery.

According to a press release from the Nebraska State Lottery, three more similar trucks will be up for grabs in 2024.

An F-150 truck remains on the 2023 Nebraska Lottery Truck$ & Buck$ scratch-off ticket. The game has ended and winning ticket holders have until September 18, 2024 to claim their prizes.
