Moment when Ukrainian troops attack a Russian military truck carrying Putin’s soldiers

Dramatic bodycam footage shows a group of Ukrainian soldiers in camouflage clothing ambushing and eliminating Russian forces in a military truck.

The footage emerged as Ukraine continued its spectacular invasion of Russia – reportedly destroying one of the Kremlin’s most expensive fighter jets, valued at around $40 million.

The footage shows at least six heavily armed soldiers making their way through dense forest while firing and taking cover at a fleet of Russian vehicles driving through the Kursk region, the Sun reported.

Ukrainian soldiers were also seen apparently throwing grenades; one soldier fired a rocket launcher at the Kremlin convoy.

After several cuts in the footage of the fighting, the video shows one of the Russian military trucks being caught in the explosion and burning on the side of the road while Ukrainian troops are firing on the enemy soldiers.

The Ukrainian army said the Russian vehicle was “heavily manned by enemy personnel,” according to a Telegram post from the unit that carried out the attack.

After the vehicle and enemy fighters were taken out in just “four minutes,” Ukrainian soldiers could be seen celebrating their latest successful operation in Kursk, where Ukraine has made steady progress in an affair that is embarrassing for Moscow, which is now desperately trying to respond.

Simultaneously with the attack on the Russian convoy, Ukrainian forces also destroyed one of the most expensive Russian fighter jets stationed in the region, according to Kyiv’s Chief of General Staff Oleksandr Syrskyi.

“Ukrainian defense forces destroyed an enemy Su-34,” Syrskyi announced on Telegram. “The sky over the Kursk region became clearer.”

Kyiv said it had controlled about 74 settlements on Russia’s western border since Wednesday and had captured about 640 square kilometers of enemy territory in the incursion, the target of which is still unknown. UA Regiment Team / Telegram

The estimated price of the Russian bomber is just under $40 million, and according to the Telegraph, it was used to bomb Ukrainian cities during the war.

Russia has denied Kyiv’s claims that it shot down the Su-34 as Moscow tries to keep up with the surprise Ukrainian advance that has now lasted for eight days.

Kyiv said it had controlled about 74 settlements on Russia’s western border since Wednesday and had captured about 640 square kilometers of enemy territory in the incursion, the target of which is still unknown.

Experts suspect that Ukraine is making a tactical move to force Russia to move its troops to the front lines in Donbass, where the Kremlin is making slow but significant progress.

Russian President Vladimir Putin strongly condemned the incursion, calling it nothing more than an attempt by Ukraine to gain influence in possible future peace talks. He announced that he would “throw” the Kiev troops out of his country.
