In his controversial new documentary “Lover of Men” Shaun Peterson provides convincing arguments for the theory that President Abraham Lincoln was gay.

We caught up with the director on Friday on TMZ Live, where Peterson discussed some of the evidence presented in the doc … including two instances in which the 16th President of the United States shared a bed with close male friends for extended periods of time.

Peterson notes that it was common practice at the time for men to share a bed to save money…but Lincoln had no financial problems at the time, earning multiple salaries as a legislator and lawyer – and yet he still chose to share a mattress with the businessman. Joshua Fry Speed for 4 years.

Peterson is aware that this theory is difficult for some who revere the famous president to accept. But he says the evidence supports his bold claim … and challenges his critics – including Elon Musk, Alex Jones And Ben Shapiro – sit down with him and look at the document in its entirety.

He is convinced that they would understand his side of the debate, especially if they remained unbiased and listened to the facts.

However, we believe that Peterson will wait 87 years for Musk, Jones and Shapiro to sign off on his theory!!!
