1. 6 Cascades Drive. This home is owned by Larry Walther and the Walther Living Trust and was sold to Virginia and James Hill.

2. 19 Blue Ridge Circle. This home was owned by Brandi Melton and sold to Carol and William Jones IV.

3. 106 Calion Court. This home is owned by Karen James Custom Built Homes Inc. and was sold to PWS Real Estate LLC.

4. 39 Valley Estates Drive. A home behind this gate, owned by Cole Enterprise Partners LLC, was sold to Christine and Mark Ferguson.

5. 12 Wood Sorrell Point. This home was owned by Geri and Jeffery Bemberg and was sold to Lindsey Haack and Stewart McClearn.

6. 11880 Rivercrest Drive. This home was owned by Jennifer Henry and Marshall Coffman and was sold to Margaret and Douglas Guye.
