One such video of a lion cub scared of a herd of buffaloes has gone viral on YouTube. The video shows the cub fleeing from its perch as soon as the buffaloes reach its habitat. Soon, many buffaloes enter the cub’s place and the video shows the latter on top of the tree to save its life. The cub tries to find a way to escape but the buffaloes surround the tree from all sides and block its way. In a surprising twist, the cub slips halfway down the tree and one of the buffaloes tries to attack it with its horns. The lion tries to regain its balance but falls to the ground and also breaks the branch of the tree.

The people filming this incident were screaming, probably thinking that the herd of buffalo was going to attack and kill the cub. The cub quickly escaped when the branch fell on the buffalo, injuring it and distracting its attention. The herd again tries to catch the cub, but the cub is too fast for them and escapes.
