Lauren Sánchez and her fiancé, billionaire entrepreneur Jeff Bezos, attended the highly anticipated debut of the UFC at The Sphere in Las Vegas, hours after celebrating her new children’s book.

The television journalist and Amazon founder sat in the cage area during the big night, while Sánchez gave fans an up-close look at the futuristic venue on social media.

The 53-year-old shared an Instagram story showing a glimpse of fighters Manuel Torres and Ignacio Bahamondes in the cage after the latter won in the first round.

The production costs of “Noche UFC” alone reportedly amounted to over $20 million. Zuffa LLC

“Let’s go!” Sánchez captioned the post for her 499,000 Instagram followers.

In her next posts, she showed a detailed 360-degree screen spanning the $2.3 billion venue of this memorable event.

She even shared a photo of her and Bezos that the UFC page had taken and added the caption, “So much fun!”

The couple appeared to both be wearing black outfits as she wore a necklace and earrings.

Preparations for UFC 306, also known as “Noche UFC,” at the Las Vegas Sphere took months, and production costs for the event alone totaled over $20 million, eight times the cost of an average UFC event and more than double the original budget, according to the Sports Business Journal.

Hours before her date night in Vegas, Sánchez attended her first book signing in New Jersey to promote her new children’s book, “The Fly That Flew into Space.”

Sánchez posted a series of snaps and videos at Bookends in Ridgewood, New Jersey, on Saturday morning in which she signed autographs, exchanged gifts and posed for photos with her young guests.

During the event, she signed autographs and set up a table with toys and art supplies for the young guests.

“It was so much fun getting to know you all,” Sánchez said on Instagram. “I especially enjoyed getting to know all the little readers.”

Sánchez, who got her pilot’s license in her 40s, told The View that she was inspired to write her new book when she was flying with her children and noticed a real fly stuck in the cockpit and wanted to write about all the things it could see from above.

During her interview on the daytime talk show, co-host Joy Behar also pointed out that Sánchez auditioned for “The View” twice but never made it.

“But look at you now, I don’t think you needed the job,” Behar said.

Sánchez began dating Bezos in January 2019 and the couple became engaged while vacationing in the South of France in May 2023.

The couple announced last year that they were leaving Seattle, where Bezos built his empire, and moving to Miami to be closer to loved ones.

“I’m really looking forward to spending my life with someone that I deeply respect and care about and who loves my children,” Sanchez said on The View.
