Keith Urban has so much to be proud of after his 16-year-old daughter made the runway debut for Miu Miu, after which she took to social media and gave an interview Fashion.

Nicole and Keith are notoriously reserved with their young daughters Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret. So many were incredibly shocked to see her effortlessly strutting down the runway in a simple white dress with subtle lace detailing on the skirt and sleeves also cut off as cutouts around the waist.

They were even more shocked when they heard her accent in her first video for Vogue, in which she recounted her very first runway experience and showed off her Nashville accent with an Australian twist that she inherited from her parents.

Keith, ever the proud father, responded to fans’ shock at her accent in his best possible way, telling Entertainment Tonight: “She’s just our daughter.”

He smiled as he said this, clearly feeling that there was nothing more to add other than the fact that he thought his daughter’s first fashion show was “great. I thought she was great.”

Astute fans may remember that Nicole spoke about her daughters’ accents back in 2016, telling PEOPLE, “My daughters are Nashvillians!” You have a southern accent,” adding: “There’s something Australian about you. They have an unusual mix. They’re hybrids.”

The country musician previously told E! News about his daughter’s ambitions: “Ultimately, everything we decide on involves an enormous amount of work. So get in the trenches and start paying the dues too.”

He continued to protect his daughter, he said People: “Hopefully we can help her maintain balance through all of this,” adding, “Hopefully she benefits from having two parents who know a certain level of fame.”

Revealed Sunday fashion that she had had modeling ambitions for a long time: “I’ve wanted to do this for so long and when the offer came through it was really exciting and now the day is finally here.”

Reflecting on her debut, she offered the advice: “Probably simple: Don’t stress yourself out too much, because I was really stressed out, and then it’s like everyone here is really nice.”

The teenager has now joined social media and has 3,590 followers, including her mother. Her supporters include her mother’s best friend Naomi Watts and Nicole’s A Family Affair co-star Joey King.

She now doesn’t follow anyone and hasn’t posted anything since her runway debut.
