Kanye West’s former Personal assistant Lauren Pisciotta, who accused him of firing her after he sexually harassed her, has amended her lawsuit and added several new allegations, including that she was present at a studio session in Santa Monica, California, where She was allegedly drugged and sexually abused by West.

In the lawsuit from Rolling StonePisciotta said she and an unnamed former artist manager client were invited to the studio session. The studio session was co-moderated by Sean Combs, although he is not named as a party in the lawsuit and there are no allegations of misconduct against Combs. The date on which the event took place was not specified. Drinks were served during the meeting, “followed by the announcement that everyone had to drink if they wanted to stay,” the lawsuit says. “Unbeknownst to Plaintiff, the drink served to her was laced with an unidentified drug,” the lawsuit states. “After a studio assistant poured a few small sips of the beverage at the direction of Kanye West, aka Ye, and then served to her by Kanye West, aka Ye, Plaintiff suddenly began to feel disoriented.

“As the plaintiff began to enter an altered and severely impaired state, she felt less in control of her body and her speech, and that is the point at which the plaintiff loses her memories of that night,” it says it further in the lawsuit.

The next day, the lawsuit says Pisciotta woke up “physically ill and confused.” She also felt “immense shame and embarrassment because after the first few sips of her drink” that West served her, she could not remember a single detail of her night, the lawsuit says.

It wasn’t until years later that Pisciotta said she found out she had allegedly been sexually abused. West revealed that they “hooked up” during the studio session, which made her realize that she had allegedly been drugged and sexually assaulted that night. When she told West that she had “no recollection or memory of that evening at the studio session and only remembered the beginning of the evening when they sat down on a couch in a room full of people and took a sip of the one drink, that he had handed to her,” the lawsuit says West laughed and said, “Women love to say they don’t remember.”

In the original complaint, Pisciotta accused Wet of sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination. It was alleged that he sent her explicit messages, masturbated while on the phone with her and once masturbated in front of her.

West has been publicly linked to explicit content on several occasions beyond this complaint. In November 2022, Rolling Stone reported that several former Yeezy employees claimed West showed them pornography and inappropriate photos of his then-wife Kim Kardashian, among other alleged intimidation and controlling tactics. In the past, West has spoken of a “full-blown pornography addiction” that “destroyed my family” and of sex as a design inspiration.
