Kanye West has been accused of aggravated sexual assault by his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta. According to an updated lawsuit Pisciotta filed in October 2024, West allegedly drugged and raped her during a party hosted by Sean “P Diddy” Combs.

Pisciotta, a former OnlyFans star, first sued West in June 2024, accusing him of stalking and sexual harassment. In her most recent court filing, Pisciotta claims West escalated his misconduct by sexually assaulting her after plying her with alcohol at a high-profile party in 2021. She became disoriented and lost control of her body.

The lawsuit details how Pisciotta had difficulty recalling the events of that night but recalls feeling “less in control of her body and speech.” Pisciotta later confronted West, who allegedly confessed to drugging her, and laughed when she told him she had no memory of the attack.

The shocking claims are part of an expanded lawsuit that builds on her original allegations of inappropriate behavior while she worked for West in 2021. Pisciotta alleges that West frequently made sexual advances toward her, including lewd acts during telephone conversations. The court papers also reference West’s ex-wife, claiming that West admitted to her that they were “hooking up,” even though Pisciotta claimed he was drugged.

West has not yet publicly responded to the updated lawsuit. In response to the lawsuit, originally filed in June, his legal team dismissed the allegations, calling them “baseless” and accusing Pisciotta of trying to blackmail the rapper.

This latest lawsuit has further heightened the controversies surrounding Kanye West, who has faced several legal battles in recent years.
