Kanye “Ye” West is being sued by his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta for allegedly drugging and sexually abusing her during a studio session he co-hosted with Sean “Diddy” Combs.

In June, Pisciotta, who was the 47-year-old rapper’s personal assistant from 2021 to 2022, sued West for sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination. Pisciotta made the new claims in the 86-page amended complaint filed Tuesday and obtained by Fox News Digital.

The court documents say that Pisciotta and her former artist management client, who was not named in the lawsuit, were invited by West to a studio session in Santa Monica, California, that the Grammy winner was hosting with Combs. Pisciotta did not accuse Combs of wrongdoing in the lawsuit.

A representative for West did not respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment. Combs’ representative declined to comment.

According to the lawsuit, shortly after Pisciotta arrived at the studio session, “she and the others in attendance were served drinks, followed by the announcement that everyone would have to drink if they wanted to stay.”

“Unbeknownst to Plaintiff, the drink served to her was laced with an unidentified drug,” the documents state. “After being poured a few small sips of the beverage by a studio assistant and then served to her by Kanye West aka Ye, Plaintiff suddenly began to feel disoriented.”

“As plaintiff began to enter an altered and severely impaired state, she felt less in control of her body and speech,” the lawsuit continues.

According to the lawsuit, Pisciotta claimed she woke up “physically ill and confused” and had no memory of the night after she began sipping the drink. Court papers said Pisciotta “felt a great deal of shame and embarrassment” and that her client did not want to talk about what happened at the meeting because she was “too traumatized and distraught to talk about that night.”

The documents said Pisciotta “could not remember, and was certainly not aware, that any type of sexual assault had occurred to her or her former client.”

According to the lawsuit, Pisciotta was aware that she had been drugged, but she “naively believed that the studio assistant or someone else who had helped prepare the various bottles and juices in carafes prior to her arrival at the studio was responsible.” “To have drugged her.”

Pisciotta assumed that she had embarrassed herself or her client after getting “drunk in a business setting” and that was why her client refused to talk about that night.

“Plaintiff chose to blame herself and move on rather than find out who drugged her and what, if anything, happened to her that night,” the documents say.

Pisciotta claimed that while she was working with West again “much later,” the rapper brought up the studio session in question, the lawsuit says.

Court documents said West told Pisciotta that they “dated a little bit once” and then immediately began recalling the time he was referring to, the night at the music studio in Santa Monica, California , where he “‘consorted’ with plaintiff after she was drugged.”

Pisciotta claimed she was “completely shocked” and told West she had no memory of that night after taking a sip of the drink he gave her. She claimed in the documents that West told her “laughing and proudly” that “women like to say they don’t remember” before changing the subject.

“Until that day, until that conversation and the revelation of true facts and the actions taken that night, the plaintiff neither knew nor believed that she was sexually assaulted that night, as the plaintiff only thought she was by was assaulted by a studio assistant, likely embarrassing herself and “I then took complete blame for drinking alcohol in the first place,” the lawsuit states.

“Although it is extremely devastating and unpleasant to learn what happened to the plaintiff the night she was drugged and assaulted, she appreciates this conversation because it has resulted in the truth coming to light.” , the court documents continue.

According to the lawsuit, Pisciotta felt “disgusting and numb” and wanted to stop working for West immediately, but she “knew she had to be extremely careful about how she distanced herself.”

“She vowed to temporarily keep her feelings and accusations to herself, just until Kanye West aka Ye paid her her due salary and the raise she was due, so she could then safely and quietly leave with the cash cushion.” “It was owed to her “that she could seek help and begin healing,” the documents state.

Pisciotta claimed that if she came forward with her allegations, she expected to be “immediately silenced, blacklisted, and retaliated against” by the “Runaway” singer, and her salary and raise would not be paid.

According to court documents, West terminated Pisciotta’s employment in October 2022 and failed to pay her the $3 million in severance pay he allegedly owed her.

When Pisciotta first filed the lawsuit in June, she claimed West sent her sexually explicit text messages, including pornographic photos and videos, and sexually harassed her on multiple occasions. She also claimed that he would masturbate while on the phone with her.

On September 16, Combs was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit racketeering. Violent sex traffickingfraud or coercion; and transportation for prostitution. He faces a minimum of 15 years in prison and a maximum of life in prison if found guilty. The rapper pleaded not guilty hours after an indictment detailing his alleged sex crimes was unsealed.

In a statement to Page Six in June, after Pisciotta initially filed her lawsuit, West’s lawyers called the former assistant’s allegations “baseless.” The statement alleged that Pisciotta made sexual advances toward West “to force employment and other material benefits” and accused her of blackmailing the rapper after he rejected her advances.

West’s lawyers said at the time that the singer would take legal action against Pisciotta.
