Kaitlyn Bristowe held a funeral for her separation from Jason Tartick in 2023.

“(I had) a small memorial service – like a mock funeral,” she revealed on Tuesday in her podcast “Off the Vine.”

“I did it on my own. … I didn’t bury anything. It was all just a mental thing,” she explained to her guest Amanda Hirsch.

“It’s more of a visual exercise and it’s a way to say goodbye and make a little peace with it. It changes something in the old brain. … It really does something in your brain.”

Bristowe, 39, and Tartick, 35, got engaged in May 2021 after two years of dating. They shocked their fans in August 2023 when they announced their split.

On Off the Vine, she admitted that the funeral had not completely helped her get over the relationship, but confirmed that it had helped her mental state overall.

The lead actress of the 11th season of “Bachelorette” had previously revealed that she had a bad feeling when Tartick announced his new relationship with content creator Kat Stickler in June.

“It actually hurts more than you think, and for different reasons than most people know,” she wrote in a private Facebook group at the time.

However, in another comment in the same group, she clarified that she was not “hurt” but was “working through some pent up anger and resentment.”

Bristowe’s new comments on her split from Tartick come just days after she admitted she once had a romantic interest in Zac Clark, another star from the Bachelor franchise.

Clark, 40, got engaged to Tayshia Adams, 33, after they met on her season of “The Bachelorette.” Adams and Bristowe co-hosted “The Bachelorette” in 2021 — until Adams and Clark ended their relationship.

Bristowe was linked to Clark for several months earlier this year and even denied the “nasty” rumor that she had cheated on Tartick with Clark.

However, during her appearance on the “U, Up?” podcast on Sunday, she seemingly confirmed – without naming names – that she and Clark had dated at least once and that she had asked his ex for permission.

“I (told her), ‘Hey, so-and-so DMed me and we chatted. I know you’re really happy in a relationship, so I don’t know if this would bother you or not,'” she claimed.

“She called and was very upset. She said, ‘I always knew you were a bad person and you confirmed it. Now your true colors are coming out.'”

“Then I hung up and (thought), ‘Now I just want to send her a picture of me sucking his cock.'”

It is unclear whether she and Clark are still in contact.

They were spotted together at an NHL game in June, which Tartick and Stickler also happened to attend.

Tayshia, on the other hand, has been linked to “Summer House” star Luke Gulbranson since spring 2023.
