JetBlue announces nonstop Winter Mint service for Montana ski season

JetBlue has announced new Winter Mint service routes to Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport to accommodate travelers during Montana’s ski season.

The nonstop service will begin operations in February and will fly Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from Boston Logan International Airport and New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport.

The expansion of flights to the destinations is an improvement for the airline, which has previously offered the service on alternate days in late winter. The route, offered through the Mint service, features JetBlue’s premium class with features such as fully reclining seats and private sliding doors.

“We are excited to introduce our award-winning Mint experience to Bozeman and Big Sky, enhancing the travel experience for our customers flying from Boston and New York,” said Dave Jehn, vice president of network planning and airline partnerships for JetBlue. “With the launch of Mint and increased frequency of flights on weekends, we aim to provide our customers with premium travel options and make their trip to Bozeman and back an exceptional experience.”

The winter service announcement follows JetBlue’s recent announcements to expand its route offerings as part of its JetForward strategy. The airline now offers new year-round service in New England, twice-daily Mint flights from Boston to Phoenix, and expanded Mint service from JFK to Vancouver and San Juan.
