Page Six points out that the couple originally eloped in Las Vegas in July 2022. However, on August 20, 2022, the two officially tied the knot with a wedding ceremony in Georgia.

Additionally, Lopez has reportedly listed April 26, 2024, as her and Affleck’s separation date, according to TMZ. Additionally, the singer’s documents reportedly do not indicate whether she and Affleck have a prenuptial agreement. Sources reportedly told the outlet that there is none.

“This would mean that any income or profits Ben and Jen earned during their nearly two-year marriage would be jointly owned,” the outlet said.

Finally, TMZ points out that Lopez has reportedly waived her right to spousal support and is reportedly asking a judge to “deny Ben that support as well.”
