Google is back on the high-end streaming scene with its new Google TV streamer, offering 4K, smart home integration and a wide range of apps. Surprisingly, a different processor than expected could be used.

Even after introducing the Chromecast replacement, Google has kept the TV streamer’s processor details secret. The company only promises an “improved” chipset, but has not revealed the manufacturer or model.
