Israeli forces shoot two Palestinians near Hebron |

On Sunday evening, Israeli forces shot dead two young Palestinian men near the Tarqumiyah military checkpoint, northwest of Hebron in the southern occupied West Bank.

According to media sources, the occupying forces opened fire with live ammunition on a vehicle carrying two young men. Both were injured in the legs and taken to hospital.

A similar message states that a young Palestinian was brutally attacked by masked Israelis in the Al-Auja Spring area north of Jericho in the northeastern part of the West Bank on Sunday evening.

According to media sources, Laith Awaina, a citizen of Bethlehem province, was kidnapped and attacked by a group of masked Israelis, presumably soldiers.

Sources added that the masked attackers brutally beat Awaina, causing him various cuts and bruises, before dropping him off near the Al-Hamra military checkpoint in the northern Jordan Valley. He was later taken to the Turkish hospital in Tubas in the northeastern part of the West Bank.
