Irving’s Hyosung Americas Names Experienced Executive as COO »Dallas Innovates

Veteran executive Nancy Gail Daniels has been promoted to chief operating officer of Irving-based ATM maker Hyosung Americas, a leading global provider of cash management and payment platform services.

“Nancy’s extensive experience in the ATM industry coupled with her passion for providing superior service to our customers makes her the perfect candidate for this position. Nancy is a strategic leader who has made a real difference to both existing and new clients. “With her expertise in service and operations, Nancy will lead the company to even greater expansion,” CEO Kunoh Kim said in a statement.

Daniels has more than 50 years of experience in this position and has held leadership positions at Fujitsu, NCR and Hyosung. For the past 35 years, Nancy has held C-level leadership roles, most recently serving as Chief Revenue Officer for Hyosung Americas.

In her new role, Daniels will continue to be responsible for revenue generation within the company, including FI direct sales, channel sales, retail sales, software sales and parts sales. Daniels will lead the company’s operations and procurement.

Hyosung said Daniels’ promotion is part of the company’s overall strategic development, allowing it to change and grow.

“This is a great honor that allows me to advance the vision of an even stronger Hyosung,” Daniels said in a statement.

Hyosung Americas is the North American subsidiary of South Korea-based Hyosung TNS Inc. Since entering the North American market in 1998, Hyosung Americas has grown into one of the largest ATM providers in the United States, providing best-in-class, innovative and transformative technology solutions for the entire cash management and payment spectrum.
