Inside Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez’s house, including references to their wedding

In her Amazon Prime In the documentary “The Greatest Love Story Never Told,” Jennifer Lopez gives her fans a little insight into her life with her husband Ben Affleck.

She tells how his love letters inspired her latest album and even shows off their £47million Los Angeles mansion, which they bought last May. Some rooms of the house appeared in the documentary as Jennifer was planning her film This Is Me…Now: A Love Story.

The film features scenes from a building designed to look like an office in their home, complete with a dark green crushed velvet sofa and a bookshelf full of books, photographs and Ben’s two Oscars.

A touching detail is a large framed photo of the couple on their wedding day, showing them in a loving embrace, leaning against the bookshelf.

Another snapshot shows J-Lo reclining on a sofa while director Dave Meyers sits comfortably in a tan leather armchair. A chic white marble coffee table takes center stage in the room, with a dark green bookcase tucked into the corner.

Leaning against this bookshelf is a large black-and-white photograph of a street sign with the clever words “Lopez” and “Affleck,” while a smaller sign reads the year 2022—the year of their wedding.

The couple’s love for photos is obvious: in their living room there is a black table decorated with various pictures in different shapes and sizes, including a precious snapshot from their wedding day.

Jennifer recently spoke about reuniting with her husband Ben 20 years after their split, describing it as “more mind-blowing than the first time.” Their romance rekindled after the superstar couple went their separate ways and entered into other high-profile marriages.

“I’m a hopeless romantic,” she laughed. Jennifer and Ben’s great love story began in 2002 when they met on the set of the romantic comedy film “Gigli.” J.Lo was still married to her second husband, Cris Judd, at the time, but when they divorced the following year, the newly christened “Bennifers” were official; the couple were soon engaged, and Jen wore a solitaire ring with a six-carat pink diamond.

At the time, she wrote the song “Dear Ben” for her now-husband, telling the press, “When I met Ben, I really thought, ‘Okay, this is it.'” And there were hints of the intensity of their relationship when she sang, “You are perfect. I just can’t control myself, I can’t be with anyone else. I’m writing this song to let you know that to me, you will always be my desire, my love, my husband, my child, my friend and my king.”

But the romance fell apart in 2004; the couple cited the intense media attention as one of the reasons for the difficulties.

Now, with the release of her new album and an accompanying “cinematic experience” that offers an insider’s look into her eventful love life, J.Lo can hardly believe that fate has brought the two back together.

“This Is Me… Now captured the moment when I really wasn’t sure if I would find that kind of love again,” she says, recalling the on-off relationship. “Then it happened again and it’s even more overwhelming and better than the first time.”

J-Lo’s “The Greatest Love Story Never Told” is now available to stream on Amazon Prime.
