pet-tree-kor, an emerging label from Shanghai, collaborates with Taiwanese brand NAMESAKE to release a joint capsule collection.

Based on an “organic combination” approach, the pieces are conceived by exchanging the design philosophies and DNA of both brands. Each garment is a reinterpretation of the other brand’s typical signatures, which is then infused and reinterpreted with the collaborating brand’s unique vision and perspective.

As a result, NAMESAKE’s sporty aesthetic is blended with pet-tree-kor’s love of nature, making each look a perfect fusion of the two in the most natural way possible. The collection is kept in a dark and understated palette, consisting mainly of black, white and a spectrum of greys, but also features the occasional earthy brown and mystical shade of blue. Finishes range from smooth and understated to subtly patterned textures.

The pet-tree-kor x NAMESAKE capsule collection will be launched in Shanghai on August 17th and will be available in a two-day pop-up, and shortly after, it will also be available at NAMESAKE’s showroom in Taipei from August 23rd to 25th.
