Huracán Oscar soon traveled to the Bahamas; Nadine from the Costa sur del Caribe Mexicano

MIAMI (AP) — The Huracan Oscar was launched Saturday off the coast of the Bahamas, the Centro Nacional de Huracanes (NHC, in English) said in Miami.

The agency took the pain of “downsizing” as it was only 10 kilometers (5 miles) from its peak but ended just before the end of the day.

The Bahamas government has issued a hurricane warning for the safety of the Bahamas and the Turcas and Caicos Islands. They must prepare for hurricane conditions before heading to the NHC that night. The Cuban government has issued a hurricane warning for the provinces of Guantánamo, Holguin and Las Tunas.

The Tormentos’ top speed is 140 km/h (85 mph) with higher speeds. Its location is about 10 kilometers (5 miles) from the island of Gran Turca and more than 705 kilometers (435 miles) near Camagüey, Cuba.

Previous hour, the torment of the tropics, Nadine traveled to the Mexican Caribbean coast and left the interior of Belice. In the parts of Belice and the Yucatán Peninsula are produced under tropical conditions and conditions.

A tropical distress warning is in full force for the city of Belice and Belice in Cancún, Mexico, including Cozumel.

At the Huracan center, Nadine saw that she was traveling more than 130 kilometers (80 miles) west of the city of Belice at a speed of 20 km/h (13 miles per hour). Its top speed was 75 km/h (45 mph).

I was surprised that Nadine looked for Belice, northern Guatemala and Mexico City after she reached the Dominican Republic and reported it to the NHC.

However, the two systems represented a direct order for the United States and I was convinced that Oscar had retired, said Philippe Papin, NHC Huracan specialist.

“Totally happy, we are deeply disappointed,” confirmed Papin.
