Robert Zemeckis’ Here The release date has changed and the film starring Tom Hanks and Robin Wright will now hit theaters earlier than planned.

Originally scheduled for release on November 15, 2024, Here’s new release date is November 1, 2024.

Based on the 1989 graphic novel of the same name by American illustrator Richard McGuire, Here (2024) presents a panorama showing the history of a single piece of land. Set on a timeline spanning centuries, the film offers a dramatic insight into the drastic changes that time can bring. In Here, the camera never moves, as the film is set in one location.

Hanks plays Richard, a 67-year-old baby boomer. However, the film travels back and forth in time, using rejuvenation techniques to portray Richard at different ages. Wright plays Margaret, Richard’s girlfriend and later wife. The couple eventually start a family and raise the children in the house where Richard grew up.

In addition to Hanks and Wright, the cast includes Paul Bettany, Kelly Reilly, Michelle Dockery, Gwilym Lee, David Fynn, Ophelia Lovibond, Nicholas Pinnock, Nikki Amuka-Bird and Anya Marco Harris.

The film marks the first reunion between Zemeckis, Hanks and Wright in 30 years after they worked together on Forrest Gump. It is the fifth big screen collaboration between Hanks and Zemeckis. The pair previously worked together on Gump, Cast Away, The Polar Express and Pinocchio.
