Her sister asked her to give up her seat at her wedding so her dog could sit there instead – Chip Chick

In a few weeks, the 28-year-old woman’s 32-year-old sister Sarah will be getting married. She has always been very close to Sarah, but now there is serious tension between them because of a wish Sarah expressed on their wedding day.

Now Sarah has a dog named Luna and is totally in love with her. Although she likes animals, she finds it strange that Sarah literally treats Luna like her own child.

It’s gotten so out of control that it’s starting to negatively affect Sarah’s relationships with some people in her life.

But back to Sarah’s wedding: It will be a small event with about 30 guests. Sarah asked her if she would like to be her maid of honor and she excitedly agreed.

She has spent the last few months helping Sarah plan every detail to ensure her wedding day is perfect.

“But then, about two weeks ago, Sarah dropped a bombshell,” she explained. “She told me she wanted to give Luna a special role in the wedding, which I thought was sweet.”

“But then she asked me if I would be okay with giving up my seat at the head table so Luna could sit next to her during the reception. At first I thought she was joking. But when I realized she was serious, I was shocked.”

“I asked her why Luna couldn’t sit on the floor or at another table, but Sarah insisted that Luna had to sit right next to her because she gets nervous in crowds. She even said that I could sit with the other bridesmaids or find a seat anywhere else in the room.”

She admitted to Sarah that the request made her uneasy. She was overjoyed to be an important part of Sarah’s wedding, and it hurt her that Sarah was asking her to literally give up her seat for a dog.
