LawnPro, backed by HCI Equity Partners, has acquired Fairway Lawn & Tree Service, a provider of lawn care and tree, shrub and pest control services to residential and commercial customers in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Financial terms were not disclosed.

LawnPro is a platform focused on residential lawn care, as well as tree, shrub and pest control services.

Fairway Lawn & Tree Service was founded in 2004 by Tom Fair.
