Friday morning is cooling off as the fire danger increases

Winds are picking up speed as humidity drops across Oklahoma. The fire danger has increased, but we are watching for possible rain on Friday.

What’s the weather like on Friday?

In the Oklahoma City metro, residents woke up to temperatures in the 40s and 50s, with the chilly wind making it feel cooler.

On Friday, temperatures will rise to the low to mid 70s with a chance of rain across the pan.
