Several police officers injured in semi-trailer accident in Hell’s Kitchen and Manhattan at the corner of 58th Street and 8th Avenue

MANHATTAN, NEW YORK (August 18, 2024) – At least four people were injured in a tractor-trailer crash in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan, at the corner of 58th Street and 8th Avenue.

According to the New York Police Department, the incident occurred early Tuesday morning. An NYPD patrol car was involved in a collision with a semi-trailer truck.

Firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene to help the victims. Four police officers were taken to hospital for treatment.
